Overview

The Senior Product Manager – Growth will own the strategy, experimentation roadmap, and execution of growth initiatives across B2C ecommerce experience. This role is accountable for driving measurable improvements in acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, and lifetime value across web, app, and owned marketing channels.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management or Ownership experience.
• Proven track record in B2C e-commerce or marketplace.
• Expertise in A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication skills for technical concepts.
• Experience with APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Customer-first and outcomes-driven mindset.
• Advanced conversational English and Spanish essential.
