• Manage a book of clients and media buying teams.
• Drive client strategy and adoption of performance marketing frameworks.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in digital media and creative for beauty, wellness, and lifestyle brands.
• Proven track record in growing ecommerce brands through integrated marketing.
• Experience managing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to maintain executive relationships and understand business pressures.
• Understanding of Direct To Consumer businesses.
• Experience in building content pipelines.

Benefits

• Salary range of $180,000 - $200,000.
