The LVR Representative I role involves operating a CHEP-owned box truck to efficiently execute less-than-truckload (LTL) deliveries and collections, focusing on compliance with safety regulations and enhancing customer relationships.

• Operate a CHEP-owned box truck in compliance with safety regulations.
• Execute LTL deliveries and collections at over 100 customer locations.
• Document and report findings on site conditions and recovery challenges.

• Promote the CHEP LVR Program to potential collection locations.
• Ensure DOT compliance and adherence to CHEP safety standards.
• Lead and train peers on new processes.

Requirements

• Clean driving record and ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
• Physically capable of lifting 65 lbs regularly.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with route optimization.
• Ability to lead peers indirectly.
• Knowledge of routing management software is a plus.
• Experience in frontline operations leadership.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is desirable.
