Overview

The Director of Decarbonisation for Europe & AMETA will lead strategic initiatives to achieve public emissions reduction targets and advance sustainability goals within CHEP's operations.

• Lead decarbonisation efforts across CHEP and subcontractor operations.

• Support supplier engagement programs.
• Foster a low-carbon mindset across the region.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Supply Chain with logistics and transportation experience.
• Deep knowledge of decarbonisation technologies.
• Proven success in developing decarbonisation roadmaps.
• Familiarity with waste management and water optimization.
• Understanding of carbon accounting frameworks.
• Experience in Procurement and Supplier Management.
• Strong project and change management skills.
• Financial acumen for budget oversight.
• Skilled communicator with senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree required; additional qualifications in Sustainability or Finance are a plus.
