Route Driver - Remote

Overview

The Route Driver will execute daily visits to recover CHEP-owned pallets from various locations, ensuring compliance with asset return policies while contributing to global sustainability.

In Short

• Operate a CHEP-owned box truck in compliance with safety regulations.
• Execute delivery and collection of pallets at designated locations.
• Document and report findings on site conditions and recovery challenges.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes.
• Perform daily LVR deliveries and collections at 100+ customer locations.
• Support the development of Low Volume Recovery routes.
• Educate and negotiate with Non-Participating Distributors.
• Adhere to all DOT and CHEP safety guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with LVR support personnel.
• Work on key operational improvements.
