We are seeking a Community Grandmaster to support our community strategies, driving growth and exceptional player engagement.

• Build and maintain an active, positive community across platforms.
• Write articles, host streams, and create engaging social media posts.
• Help execute marketing campaigns aligned with platform growth goals.
• Collaborate with influencers and streamers on events.
• Assist in planning tournaments, events, and promotions.
• Work with partners and regional community managers.
• Monitor campaign and community metrics to refine strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in community management and digital marketing.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and streaming.
• Ability to interpret data and optimise engagement strategies.
• Strong interest in chess, ideally with experience as a rated player.
• Able to collaborate effectively with teammates and partners.
• Creative thinking with a knack for memes and puzzles.
