In Short

• Support top-tier customers in conducting security-focused code reviews.
• Provide mitigation advice for identified vulnerabilities.
• Research and create proof-of-concept for identified vector attacks.
• Conduct security-focused static code and software composition analysis.
• Support customer AppSec/Dev teams with mitigation strategies.
• Create proofs-of-concept illustrating vulnerability exploitability.
• Analyze applications architecture when needed.
• Support less experienced engineers in developing AppSec skills.
• Work in a hybrid environment with some international travel.
• Invest in your knowledge and technical skills with Checkmarx Platform solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• 7+ years experience in high-level programming languages (Java, .Net, Go, Python).
• 7+ years experience in security-focused code review.
• Deep understanding of enterprise-grade systems and architectures.
• Proactive in spotting problems and performance bottlenecks.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn rapidly.
• Highly motivated self-starter.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Security-related certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience with Checkmarx technologies is a plus.
