The Engagement Manager will support Chartis's growth by leading consulting teams on projects with healthcare provider clients, focusing on academic alignment and strategic transformation.

• Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MHA, MPH)
• Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
• Financial modeling experience required
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Strong and effective people leadership
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Tableau experience is a plus
