Director, Consulting Operations - Remote

Overview

The Director of Consulting Operations is a key role responsible for contributing to growth-focused efforts and managing business operations for the firm’s Lines of Business (LOBs). This individual collaborates with consulting leaders as well as Talent (HR), Finance, Marketing, Knowledge Management, and other functions to implement priority initiatives and support the firm’s mission to provide outstanding value to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in management consulting with healthcare focus
• Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred
• Strong project management experience
• Ability to learn and synthesize new knowledge rapidly
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional client service orientation
• Flexible self-starter with attention to detail
• Experience collaborating across functional teams
• Advanced capabilities in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
