Overview

ChargeLab is seeking a driven Senior Account Executive to play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the EV charging industry. We are looking for a results-driven Account Executive to lead sales efforts targeting real estate companies and portfolios across residential multi-family and commercial real estate.

In Short

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Target commercial real estate portfolios and parking operators across North America.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Manage a pipeline of mid-to-large enterprise deals.
  • Educate customers on EV charging best practices and subsidy programs.
  • Identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities in the real estate industry.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Represent ChargeLab at industry events and trade shows.
  • Work closely with marketing and business development teams.
  • Develop customized proposals that align with customer needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in B2B software sales.
  • Proven success in quota-carrying roles exceeding $1M+ in TCV annually.
  • Strong understanding of commercial real estate and sustainability initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
