In Short

• Looking for the first International GTM Operations hire to support EMEA & APJ presence.
• Conduct market analysis to identify customer segments and competitive landscape.
• Develop tailored GTM strategies for international markets.
• Provide training and support to international sales teams.
• Monitor KPIs across international markets for performance tracking.
• Collaborate with product, legal, finance, and other departments.
• Manage EMEA-based deal review and processing.
• Act as a partner to the VP of International Sales.
• Experience in SaaS/software company operations in EMEA is preferred.
• Creative and resourceful in finding solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years' experience in international business.
• Ability to develop and execute GTM strategies.
• Proficiency in data analysis for decision-making.
• Effective cross-cultural communication skills.
• Project management skills for complex international projects.
