Business Operations Manager, International - Remote

Overview

The Business Operations Manager will join Whatnot's growing International team to help scale the business outside the US, leading cross-functional initiatives and solving complex problems.

In Short

• Lead cross-functional projects to scale functions and capabilities internationally
• Proactively identify inhibitors to growth and find ways to solve them
• Help various parts of the international business mature
• Define and measure critical business metrics
• Drive efficiency and transparency in processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field
• 5-6+ years experience in consulting or a fast-growing startup
• Curious to learn about different parts of the business
• Low ego - happy to do anything it takes to help us grow
• Able to move remarkably fast with little structure or oversight
• Proven leadership and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems using data and process improvement
