As Counsel in the Cepheid Legal Department, you will collaborate with various teams to negotiate and draft legal agreements related to advanced technologies and healthcare, making a significant impact on global health care.

Requirements

• JD degree from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing.
• 3+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of related work experience.
• Experience in transactions or litigation in the healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with drafting various types of agreements.
• Knowledge of advanced technology or software development.
• Ability to provide salient legal advice to teams.
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory issues.
