Presales Consultant, Planning & Pricing - Remote

Overview

The Presales Consultant, Planning & Pricing will drive solutions to sales engagements, marketing, and business development, presenting Planning & Pricing solutions, mapping customer requirements to solution capabilities, and collaborating with Professional Services in proposal creation.

In Short

• Analyze customer business requirements to propose Planning & Pricing Solutions.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team in qualifying prospects.
• Responsible for pre-sales presentations of the Centric Planning Solution suite.
• Configure Centric Software solutions through product presentations.
• Produce written specifications highlighting product features and benefits.
• Analyze requirements and design solutions for complex customer needs.
• Prepare response documentation for RFI/RFP requests.
• Support Proposal and Project teams with technical leadership.
• Provide input into future solution functionality and customization standards.
• Participate in marketing campaigns aligned with customer needs.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or similar.
• Availability for travel depending on location.
• Fashion / Specialty Retail Planning processes industry expertise.
• Experience with Software Planning, Optimization, Analytics.
• Technical Skills: knowledge of database and BI data science applications.
• Excellent presentation and application demonstration skills.
• Ability to develop multi-level relationships with customers.
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving technology environment.
• Track record of pre-sales success.
