Overview

The Customer Activation and Operations Specialist will guide customers through complex onboarding and data migration processes, ensuring a smooth transition to Central's payroll and benefits services.

In Short

  • Onboard new and migrating customers, transferring their data into Central.
  • Review data for accuracy.
  • Coordinate with teammates to complete migrations quickly and smoothly.
  • Track progress, flag blockers, and ensure no steps are missed.
  • Identify process improvements to make onboarding faster and easier each time.
  • Strong communication skills to guide customers through complex processes.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Highly proficient in simple data analysis for cleanup and transfer.
  • Exceptionally organized with a knack for keeping multiple projects on track.
  • Process-driven and detail-oriented.

Requirements

  • Strong communicator who can guide customers through complex onboarding and migrations.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Highly proficient in simple data analysis for cleanup and transfer.
  • Exceptionally organized with a knack for keeping multiple projects on track.
  • Process-driven and detail-oriented.
  • Able to quickly jump in to thorny issues, diagnose them, and pull in the right resources to resolve it.
