Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of customer service experience required.
• Clerical experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Flexibility to work at various COPA sites as needed.
• Epic EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to handle changing departmental needs.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Willingness to participate in training new hires.
