The Remote Patient Operations Specialist serves as the welcoming voice and steady guide helping families access care through appointment scheduling and the MyHealth Portal, ensuring every interaction is seamless, supportive, and secure.

In Short

• Full-time remote position in Oregon
• Schedule: Tuesday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., and Saturday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• Provide exceptional customer service by phone
• Verify registration information and manage patient interactions
• Schedule appointments and manage insurance verifications
• Maintain patient records in EMR systems
• Communicate effectively with staff across departments
• Participate in training new hires
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is required
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Three years of customer service experience required
• Clerical experience in a clinical setting preferred
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
• Must maintain a reliable home internet connection
• Ability to handle changing needs of the department
• Must maintain a professional and confidential work environment
