Controller - Remote

Overview

The Controller will be responsible for ensuring all accounts functions are performed on a timely and accurate basis, producing timely consolidated US and global management reports, and developing policies and procedures for the organization.

• Salary: $185,000 - $210,000/annual
• Responsible for audit process and cash flow projections
• Reports to the Chief Finance Officer
• 15+ years of finance experience required
• Knowledge of US GAAP and financial statements required
• Hands-on manager with integrity and self-initiative

Requirements

• 15+ years of broad and progressive finance experience including Grant Accounting - Required
• Demonstrated knowledge of US GAAP and preparation and understanding of Financial Statements - Required
• Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in financial/regulatory compliance in both the US and outside of the US - Required
• Bachelors in Finance or Accounting - Required
• MBA - Preferred
