Vice President, DUALS Strategic Initiatives - Remote

Overview

This role is a pivotal enterprise leadership position responsible for translating Centene’s evolving business strategies into actionable, scalable implementation plans across markets and business functions, ultimately impacting the health of communities.

In Short

• Work remotely from anywhere in the Continental United States.
• Lead the development of strategic initiatives and implementation plans.
• Coordinate and deliver the annual strategic plan at an enterprise level.
• Design operating models and governance structures.
• Partner with executive leadership to identify and monitor strategic priorities.
• Oversee competitive intelligence processes.
• Manage direct reports and other leaders.
• Initiate strategic partnerships to drive advocacy.
• Support chief of staff responsibilities.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree required; 8+ years of relevant experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in strategy, operations management, or consulting in healthcare or financial services.
• 3+ years of supervisory/management experience required.
• DUALS experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
