Overview

The Pediatric Care Manager (RN) will develop and facilitate complex care management activities for members with physical needs, ensuring high-quality healthcare outcomes through personalized care plans and education.

Requirements

• Proficient in documentation and compliance standards.
• Willingness to travel locally as required.
