We're looking for a Newborn/Pediatric Nurse Care Manager for our Care and Case Management team, who is passionate about caring for members holistically through their healthcare journey and ensuring needs are met with industry-leading interventions.

In Short

• Guide members through complex Medical and Behavioral Health situations.
• Partner with a diverse clinical team to deliver integrated remote care.
• Spend time on the phone, listening to members' needs and answering questions.
• Serve as an advocate for members.
• Create cohesive care plans.
• Have the clinical skills to guide members clinically.
• Navigate available benefits and resources.
• Support members through complex care management.
• Ensure excellent health outcomes through longitudinal care.
• Work Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm PST.

Requirements

• Experience in pediatric nursing.
