Manager, Application Development Engineering - Remote

Overview

In Short

• Manage a team of Application Developers.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical roles.
• Lead large-scale Application Development projects.
• Develop and implement coding standards initiatives.

• Partner with Security and SRE teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience.
• Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Experience with AWS, Golang, Java, C#, or C++.
• Strong collaboration and team building skills.
• Ability to effectively coach and provide feedback.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated conflict management abilities.
• Experience in delivering effective presentations.
