Overview

This position oversees the change enablement process and the release of changes to Centene production systems, aiming to improve health outcomes through technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field.
• 5-7 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of ITIL change management and service management.
• Experience with IT Service Management and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based support environments.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with upper management.
• Technical aptitude and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with high accuracy.
