Requirements

  • Degree from an Accredited School of Nursing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
  • 2-4 years of related experience required.
  • RN - Registered Nurse State Licensure required.
  • Experience in care management is a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to assess and address member needs.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
  • Proficient in documentation and reporting.
