Overview

We’re hiring a Manager, Reporting & Insights to join our Corporate Markets team. In this role, you’ll create and improve reporting tools that help teams and clients understand performance, track progress, and make informed decisions.

• Collaborate with account managers to deliver clear, accurate reports and dashboards.
• Lead efforts to simplify and automate reporting processes.

• Partner across teams to develop unified reporting solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with experience in data analysis, client success, or a related field.
• Sophisticated Excel skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce creating reports.
• Comfortable navigating in-house systems and legacy infrastructure.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Clear communicator with a collaborative, client-ready approach.
• Skilled at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset.
