CEF Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Staffing Manager who is bilingual in Korean to lead and manage recruitment efforts for factory and warehouse workforce needs, primarily supporting Korean-owned manufacturing and logistics companies in the U.S.

• Lead end-to-end staffing operations for factory and warehouse roles.
• Partner with Korean and U.S.-based clients to understand hiring needs.
• Source, screen, interview, and hire candidates.
• Build strong pipelines of talent through various outreach methods.
• Manage onboarding and initial employee compliance processes.
• Provide regular hiring status reports and workforce analytics.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and client-specific standards.
• Serve as a communication bridge for Korean-speaking and English-speaking staff.
• Willingness to travel locally to different client sites as needed.
• Full-time remote work within the U.S.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Korean and English (spoken and written) required.
• 3+ years of experience in staffing and human resources.
• Prior experience with Korean-owned companies preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and HR compliance.
• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Able to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume hiring environments.
