Overview

The Customer Service Representative (Omnichannel) serves as the first point of contact between the company and its customers, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a BPO.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Proficiency in using chat and email platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Typing speed of at least 35wpm with 90% accuracy.
  • Open to working on a shifting schedule.
  • Able to start immediately.
