Cedar’s mission is to leverage data science, smart product design and personalization to make healthcare more affordable and accessible. The VP of Product, Cedar Pay will be instrumental in maturing, scaling, and innovating this flagship product line.

Requirements

• Track record of innovating and scaling successful products.
• Experience in a hypergrowth business environment.
• Ability to execute with limited information.
• Experience leading a product and design team of 20+.
• Strong instincts in product, design, and user experience research.
• Customer feedback-obsessed.
• Ability to triangulate market insights and execution constraints.
• Proven ability to manage for impact and conduct change management.
• Effective communication skills at all organizational levels.

Benefits

• Salary range: $264,000 - $330,000.
