Overview

As the Managed Services ServiceNow Product Owner, you will play a key role in driving the development and adoption of the ServiceNow platform for Managed Services, coordinating teams and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.

In Short

• Lead the deployment of a new ServiceNow instance for Managed Services.
• Coordinate sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external communications.
• Manage the product backlog and develop acceptance criteria.
• Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity.
• Ensure platform governance standards are met.
• Monitor platform usage and drive continuous optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Stay current on ServiceNow product releases and industry trends.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5 years of experience, or 9 years of relevant experience.
• Scrum Master or Product Owner certification required.
• Experience with Agile technologies and tools.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable user stories.
• ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
• Understanding of ITIL principles and ITSM best practices preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to influence decisions across multiple stakeholder groups.
