Overview

The CDW Senior Project Manager is a trusted consultant, providing project management expertise across multiple technology stacks and services, focusing on healthcare projects of medium to high complexity.

• Manage medium to large healthcare projects requiring cross-functional collaboration.
• Plan, execute, and deliver projects within deadlines and budget.
• Define workstreams and create project plans.
• Establish and maintain stakeholder communication.
• Perform risk mitigation and management.
• Ensure project profitability by tracking budgets and resources.
• Lead and facilitate meetings and summarize follow-up items.
• Utilize Agile Project Management Tools including JIRA and Azure DevOps.
• Mentor junior team members and other project managers.
• Stay updated with industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or computer-related field.
• 5 years of CDW Services experience or 6 years of project management experience.
• 3 years of experience in leading medium and large-scale projects.
• Experience managing cloud migration and integration projects on Microsoft Azure.
• Proficiency in contract management and negotiation.
• Familiarity with Epic certifications and healthcare informatics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• PMP and/or Agile Certification(s) are a plus.
• Ability to travel an average of 25%.
• Experience in Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
