Overview

The Dell Solution Architect - Team Lead at CDW is responsible for driving Dell Technologies data center business, working closely with Solution Architects and sellers to meet customer requirements through technical design and solution selling.

In Short

  • Drive Dell Solutions and assist with technical design and solution selling.
  • Develop and conduct technical training for teams.
  • Review and validate vendor training materials.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Dell products and solutions.
  • Maintain vendor partner relationships and attend training.
  • Participate in quarterly business reviews with Dell and CDW.
  • Facilitate demos for clients and conduct presentations.
  • Mentor new hires and support their development.
  • Develop key go-to-market materials for Dell Technologies.
  • Travel as required, up to 50%.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven success in a consulting or pre-sales role.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • 10 years of experience supporting Dell Technologies preferred.
  • Experience in technology sales and converged infrastructure design.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Motivated and self-starting with creative thinking.
  • Higher Level Dell certification(s) preferred.
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
