Overview

The IPA Coding Leader manages a diverse team responsible for ensuring clinical documentation supports accurate coding and is reflective of the disease prevalence within the population. This role involves partnering with strategic partners to develop market-specific strategies and ensuring compliance with policies.

  • Communicate performance and risks to IPA Dyad Partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of management experience.
  • 8 or more years of Medical Coding experience.
  • Medical Coding Certification required.
  • Experience in Medicare Advantage risk adjustment preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare administration.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Experience in fostering networks with stakeholders.
  • Passion for improving consumer experiences.
