Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Business Analyst will support the development and delivery of technical projects that improve the use of public health data to inform decision making, particularly in the context of the Workforce Acceleration Initiative (WAI).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in business or systems analysis, with a healthcare focus.
• Experience with electronic disease surveillance systems is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of public procurement processes and vendor management.
• Proficiency in business process modeling and analytical tools.
• Familiarity with health informatics and data standards like HL7 or FHIR preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication and collaboration.
• Project management experience with ability to manage multiple priorities.
