Overview

The Associate Director, Client Onboarding will manage a portfolio of feasibility studies and client projects, focusing on relationship building and project execution.

• Manage a portfolio of 3-4 client projects.
• Serve as a project manager and strategic partner to nonprofit clients.
• Lead initial planning calls and project coordination.
• Develop foundational materials for client engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of experience preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding writing skills with design expertise.
• Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to learn new software and tools.
