• The Product Owner will drive the strategic vision, development, and continuous improvement of our proprietary CRM tailored for the financial services sector.
• This role is pivotal in aligning product functionality with business objectives and regulatory standards.
• Lead the product lifecycle from ideation through delivery, leveraging agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to establish and evolve the overall product strategy.
• Utilize tools such as Jira and Confluence to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Lead product demonstration sessions for internal teams and external clients.
• Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Act as the liaison between development, marketing, operations, and compliance teams.
• Monitor product performance through analytics and user feedback.
• Work closely with legal and compliance departments to ensure product features meet regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably within financial services or technology-driven environments.
• Strong proficiency in Jira and Confluence for agile project management.
• Demonstrated expertise in product strategy, backlog management, and leading product demonstrations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Deep understanding of financial services regulations and industry best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in defining product requirements and driving product development in a dynamic setting.
