• Manage System Security Plans (SSPs) and Plans of Action and Milestones (POAMs).
• Conduct third-party risk assessments and evaluate vendor security controls.
• Utilize Microsoft Defender, Intune, and other tools for security monitoring.
• Respond to security incidents and support investigations.
• Implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies across Microsoft 365.
• Conduct vulnerability scans and assist in remediation efforts.
• Exposure to scripting for security automation.
• Experience with Microsoft Sentinel or other SIEM solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement required security controls.

Requirements

• Understanding of common security risks posed by third-party vendors.
• Familiarity with SSO/SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect protocols.
• Experience identifying generative AI risks in third-party products.
• Knowledge of ticketing systems such as Jira.
• Certifications: CompTIA Security+, Azure AZ-500, SC-100.
• Ability to quickly assess new platforms and technologies.
• Experience working in a remote team environment.
• Ability to interpret threat intelligence feeds.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Knowledge of data classification and encryption tools.
