Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a paralegal.
• In-depth knowledge of Florida civil procedure and judgment enforcement laws.
• Experience with wage and bank garnishments.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) preferred.
• Experience in a litigation or collections law firm is a plus.
• Knowledge of Florida’s homestead exemption laws preferred.
• Ability to work independently.
