In Short

• Assist attorneys with post-judgment enforcement strategies.
• Draft and file motions and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research related to enforcement of judgments.
• Prepare and submit writs of execution.
• Communicate with debtors, opposing counsel, and courts.
• Maintain case files and document management.
• Assist with client reporting on collection efforts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a paralegal.
• Extensive knowledge of California civil procedure.
• Experience with wage garnishments and bank levies.
• Proficiency in legal research platforms.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
