Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Turbine Airfoils Quality.
• 8+ years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, or Engineering.
• 3+ years of successful people leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems.
• Project management skills.
• Quality expertise in Turbine Airfoils or Mechanical Design.
• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Experience in fostering a culture of quality and improvement.
