Quality Leader - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Leader to join our operations team at PHIL. This role will focus on optimizing workflows and processes within our internal pharmacy, fulfillment partners, and patient & provider advocacy teams to enhance service quality and patient experience.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive quality management systems.
• Continuously assess and enhance operational processes.
• Regularly evaluate quality programs using data and feedback.
• Work closely with various internal teams to design improved processes.
• Lead the creation and implementation of new quality standards.
• Supervise and mentor the quality team.
• Prepare and present quality and process optimization reports.

• Collaborate with diverse teams to resolve process issues.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in quality management.
• Experience in pharmacy or healthcare preferred.
• Success in leading quality improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Deep understanding of quality assurance principles.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.
• Willingness to learn internal operational workflows.
• Collaborative team player.
• Certification in quality management preferred.
