cBEYONData is seeking a Capture Manager with deep experience driving, shaping, and capturing large, complex deals with Federal customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in capture management.
• Understanding of the full business development lifecycle.
• Experience with senior government and industry officials.
• Proactive and organized professional.
• Experience building winning teams.
• Contributing to proposals and RFI/RFQ processes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Creative and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
