Overview

As the Program Success Operations Associate, you'll play a crucial role in the smooth setup and management of our volunteer and non-profit programs, supporting data operations, communications, and reporting processes that directly impact client success and program performance.

• Support onboarding tasks by cleaning and uploading nonprofit and volunteer data.

Requirements

• 2–3 years in a program support or operations role.

• Experience with large datasets and proficient Excel skills.
• Comfort with Google Workspace and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.

Benefits

• Salary range of $52,000 to $62,000.
