Manager, Program Success - Remote

Overview

The Manager of Program Success builds and strengthens relationships with nonprofit members, serving as a trusted subject matter expert and ambassador of Catchafire, helping unlock value for nonprofits.

In Short

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 20 programs and exceed engagement goals.
• Educate and onboard nonprofit professionals through webinars and workshops.
• Facilitate peer learning groups for nonprofit leaders.
• Represent the nonprofit voice in internal decision-making.
• Bring creativity and innovation to the Program Success team.
• Plan and deliver high-quality in-person and virtual events.
• Serve as a Nonprofit Advisor in 1:1 consultations.
• Act as a subject matter expert in areas such as social media and fundraising.
• Advocate for nonprofit needs internally.
• Travel required for events, averaging one trip per month.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience working with nonprofit organizations.
• Deep understanding of nonprofit operations and challenges.
• Proven experience in public speaking and facilitating groups.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data analysis.
• Exceptional project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with marginalized communities.
• Ability to self-manage and communicate proactively.

Benefits

• $83,000 base salary + $5,000 variable for total OTE of $88,000.
