Program Operations Associate - Remote

Overview

The Program Operations Associate will support the Linked Immunisation Action Network, working with colleagues across R4D’s Global Program Operations team to provide foundational operational and network support.

In Short

• Support operational and administrative tasks for the Linked Immunisation Action Network.
• Organize meetings and events, including travel planning.
• Facilitate development and execution of contracts.
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures.
• Prepare project management reports and documentation.
• Assist in business development efforts.
• Provide support to solve operational challenges.
• Contribute to project monitoring and evaluation activities.
• Work collaboratively within a diverse team.
• Engage with stakeholders to enhance immunisation programming.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in administrative or program support roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, both oral and written.
• Experience in non-profit or international development preferred.
• Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
• Additional language skills are advantageous.
