Overview

As a Client Success Operations Associate, you will respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues while providing exceptional service and support.

In Short

  • Respond to customer tickets, calls, and emails with empathy and professionalism.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues using various tools.
  • Provide documentation and updates to escalate issues to Engineering.
  • Assist in writing SOPs and contributing to internal documentation.
  • Take ownership of escalated tickets and track them to resolution.
  • Identify bugs and process inefficiencies to improve support workflows.
  • Participate in customer calls and trainings as needed.
  • Rotate into holiday or on-call support schedules.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a customer-facing technical support role.
  • Experience with Zendesk and its features.
  • Familiarity with Jira and DataDog.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize in a high-volume support environment.
  • Initiative in bug tracking and documentation.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Background in hospitality technology is a plus.
