Overview

CAST AI is seeking a Technical Account Manager to lead customer onboarding and ensure successful use of our Kubernetes cost optimization platform.

In Short

  • Lead technical onboarding for new customers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and technical leader.
  • Drive the renewal process in partnership with the account team.
  • Conduct FinOps business reviews to showcase value.
  • Continuously improve technical skills and obtain CKAD certification.
  • Work closely with DevOps engineers and SREs.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction and proactive value delivery.
  • Flexible remote work from anywhere in the USA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2-3 years hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
  • CKAD and/or CKA certification is a plus.
  • 2 years of experience in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical acumen.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Located in the East of USA.
