Overview

A Carter Lumber Commercial Multi Family Project Coordinator is responsible for reviewing all phases of design projects from start to finish. This includes any design modifications, budget and profitability, client relationships, and scheduling. A strong belief in the mission and goals of the company are necessary for this position.

• Responsible for reviewing design projects from start to finish.
• Manage design modifications and budget profitability.

• Assess project statuses and required completion time.
• Coordinate interdepartmental communication and assist peers.
• Review projects to ensure all necessary information is included.
• Document discrepancies and solutions in project designs.
• Maintain design error logs and track trends.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a building materials environment.
• High level of knowledge in product application.
• Competency in mathematics, geometry, and trigonometry.
• Knowledge of architectural and structural plans.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with MiTek Management and Sapphire design.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Teams.
