The Director, Commercial Partnerships will lead partner acquisition and commercial growth for Carry1st's B2B products, Pay1st Gateway and Carry1st Shop, establishing a partner ecosystem and building relationships with top global digital companies.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B strategy and partner acquisition.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of game publishing and digital commerce.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Finance and Product teams.
  • Experience in establishing business development processes.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to represent the company externally.
  • Leadership experience in managing teams.
  • Understanding of emerging markets.
  • Proven track record in driving commercial growth.
