Carrot is seeking a dynamic Sr. HR Business Partner with a results-oriented approach to support our Sales and Marketing teams.

In Short

• Partner with Sales & Marketing leaders to align HR support with business objectives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on HR matters.
• Engage with leaders on people strategy through workforce planning.
• Handle employee relations matters fairly and promptly.
• Create and execute strategies that engage, retain, and develop employees.
• Conduct confidential meetings between managers and employees.
• Act as a coach and confidant to employees.
• Collaborate on talent management programs.

• Drive employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide compensation support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in HR with Business Partner experience.
• Excellent collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to take initiative and prioritize.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Comfort presenting People-related initiatives.
• Confidence in negotiating and influencing others.
• Demonstrated credibility and integrity.
• Experience managing complex employee relations.
• Strong communication skills and self-awareness.
