Overview

Carrot Fertility is seeking a high-performing Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team, focusing on supporting our commercial finance function and providing financial guidance to optimize profitable growth.

In Short

• Facilitate financial planning and expense forecasting for Sales and Marketing teams.
• Lead sales commission payouts and synthesize commission analyses.
• Drive reporting and process for finance decisions including budgeting and forecasts.
• Evaluate campaign performance and customer acquisition costs with the Marketing team.
• Lead ad-hoc financial analyses to support decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 4+ years in FP&A or similar strategic finance role.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Experience with SQL is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
